Our neighborhood, Quail Hollow Estates IV (QHEIV) was built in the 1970's and 80's and is a hidden gem in the Southpark / Quail Hollow area of Charlotte, N.C. We are a community of 188 single-family homes nestled among mature trees and landscaping. Two neighborhood parks offer recreation spaces for adults and children alike.
Our gently rolling hills provide solace from the busyness of in-town Charlotte living and yet allow easy access to Uptown Charlotte, the amenities of SouthPark, I-485, and I-77. We are within walking distance of the Sharon Road Lightrail Station and close to the Harris YMCA and South Park Mall. Quail Hollow Estates has private access to the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which borders our community. This scenic 13-mile Greenway goes as far north as Uptown Charlotte and as far south as the South Carolina state line.
The Quail Hollow Estates Homeowners Association #4, Inc. was established in June 1984 to oversee the management and upkeep of common areas, establish and enforce Quail Hollow Estates IV's architectural guidelines, and provide opportunities for social activities for its residents.
The Association elects a board of directors each year at the Annual Meeting, and the board usually meets monthly.
Minutes of board meetings are usually posted by the end of the following month.
All current property owners in QHEIV are voting members of the Association, with one vote per property.
The Association collects annual HOA dues from its members in July each year. In 2024 the HOA dues are $216 per year.
A copy of the Association's By-Laws may be found here. Any changes to the current By-Laws require a majority approval of the Association's members.
